The Exchange is exclusively a Business to Business (B2B) platform. We only allow “verified businesses” to participate on the exchange.

To ensure only the highest quality experience on the exchange, we only allow verified businesses on the platform. 

A verified business is a business that has completed registration and provided proof of the business entity. Usually a business license, Operating Agreement, Article of Incorporation, or something from the Secretary of State.

There is no setup fee, nor is there a subscription fee. There is a minimal transaction fee imposed on each successful order that is split between the buyer and the seller.

These fees are visible at time of bidding as well as when accepting an offer.

In some outlier cases, there may be additional shipping fees.

The exchange offers sellers the opportunity to list hemp biomass, hemp flower, and hemp extracts as applicable by federal and state law.

We currently do not allow the listing of anything containing  THC > 0.3%, nor do we allow seeds, seedlings, clones, or plugs. 

If you have questions about the product that cannot be answered by looking at the listing and the COAs, reach out to your Account Executive. On a case-by-case basis, we may contact the seller on your behalf and request additional information.

After you have made an offer on a product and that offer has been accepted, you will have 72 hours to wire the entire amount into our FDIC insured banking solution. Failure to do so can result in being banned from the exchange.

Once the product has been safely delivered to the buyer and they have taken possession, the buyer will have 7 business days to conduct their own testing to verify the product is what was advertised. As long as there are no issues, we will wire your payment to your account then.

In the rare event your product is somehow not what you ordered, you must notify us with 7 days of receipt of the product and furnish proof the discrepancy. In most cases, we should be able to work together with the seller to resolve any issues. 

In the event there is intentional misrepresentation or fraud, we will provide all information necessary to the parties involved and comply with any federal or state authorities who are investigating the incident.

In the event the product needs to be returned, we will pickup the product and return to it to the seller. Once we can verify the product has been returned unaltered, we will issue you a refund. 

In the event of a loss of product, we will notify the buyer and refund the product purchase price. 

In the case of plant material

If the loss was due to product contamination or destruction, our logistics partner carries a $2 Million Hemp Cargo Policy to protect the seller.

If the loss was due to seizure, our logistics partner will work with the seller to determine the next course of action. 

In the case of extracts

If the loss was due to product contamination or destruction, we will have carrier-provided insurance to cover the loss.

If the loss was due to seizure, we will work with the seller to determine the next course of action.

Our fulfillment request feature further mitigates the difficulty of purchasing the product you need. Use this feature if:

    1. You either don’t see the product you are looking for, or you don’t have time to parse through the large amount of listings we have; and/or
    2. You are looking for a steady supply on a regular frequency and want us to fulfill that request.

By completing the fulfillment request form, our inside sales reps and account executives will tap our extensive network to procure what you need, all while provided the vetting, trust, and simplicity that you expect from the Hemp Exchange.

We recognize that there are several ethical, value-creating brokers in the industry, and we are excited to announce that we will soon be offering a Platform as a Service (PaaS) to help enable these valuable brokers by offering our services to them directly.
